Green-tec Open Days
New Twose Distributor for Northern and Eastern Europe, Green-tec A/S recently promoted
the Twose product portfolio to their dealer network in a series of Open Days at
the Danish based company’s headquarters in Kolding.
The annual event which was held over one day with the prior evening assigned to
an informal boat trip and meal provided a terrific spectacle for Twose machines
in Europe.
Twose dealers received an overview presentation on the latest developments at Twose
from Export Sales Manager, Antony Prince, supported in German by Green-tec A/S,
CEO John Christensen.
New products launched during the event were the TF500S, TP600C and TP625T with the
TP600C also mounted on a tractor for demonstration. These three Reach Arm Mowers
are all recent additions to the Twose product portfolio.
Also rolled out for the first time to the European dealer network were the Twose
Aerator, Spring Tine Harrow and Ballast Roller range.
Twose Export Sales Manager, Antony Prince said; ‘It was fantastic to be involved
in such a terrific event. I really would like to thank Green-tec A/S for allowing
us so much time to present our products to their dealer network. The feedback has
been most positive and we hope to be able to return with further innovations next
year.’

throughout Northern and Eastern Europe. |

Twose, Green-tec Agreement
Twose of Tiverton recently linked up with the Denmark based company Green-tec A/S
in a deal that will see the company marketing the brand throughout a number of countries
in Northern and Eastern Europe.
The deal which is for an initial period of five years represents a huge success
in terms of Twose’s drive to secure more customers outside of the
UK
Sales Manager Trevor Folland said; ‘this deal is a huge coup for Twose. We have
stepped up our efforts in promoting the brand overseas and linking up with Green-tec
A/S will further enhance the ongoing growth of the Twose company.
John Christensen, CEO of Green-tec A/S was also pleased. ‘Twose have the perfect
product for our company. The machines are well built, high quality whilst still
retaining good value for money. All of these characteristics along with a heritage
dating back some 180 years give us a fantastic opportunity to develop our position
still further in the field of green area maintenance throughout Europe.’
Twose which was relatively unheard of throughout Europe until now was launched to
the European market place at the Agritechnica show in Hanover, Germany during November
2009. |

Twose rolls into Dubai
Twose of Tiverton have recently shipped a set of hydraulic folding rollers to the
Meydan racecourse in Dubai. Meydan racecourse Opened in January this year and is
set to be the world’s largest racecourse. The Wheeled rollers were ordered through
Tapeta footings, who provide artificial racing and training surface designed by
the former champion National Hunt trainer Michael Dickinson.
“We are pleased to provide Tapeta footings with a quality product, which will help
to ensure the race surface is kept in its best condition.” Antony Prince, Twose

The SWH8 Wheeled rollers have a working width of 2.5m and can be hydraulically folded
for transport.

50 years at the Royal Highland Show
Twose Of Tiverton has been officially awarded with 50 years of attendance
at the Royal Highland Show. Trevor Folland the UK sales manager was presented with
the award on the second day of the show by Mags Clarks, trade stand manager.
Twose Of Tiverton has been supplying agricultural equipment to farmers for over
180 years and are pleased to have attended this years show for the 50th time. |

Twose of Tiverton recently appointed Roda Nelmaq as its official distribution partner
in Spain.
Roda Nelmaq are a market leading supplier of Front End Loaders, Tractor Mounted
